Club Olympus Fitness Centre & Spa

Overview

Club Olympus Fukuoka provides a health and fitness club complete with spa treatments and facilities. Club Olympus caters to those seeking relaxation and invigoration and is equipped with massage rooms, spas and relaxation lounges separated to provide privacy for men and women. Club Olympus Fukuoka is an exclusive fitness and spa facility offered exclusively to registered hotel guests and Club members.

Operation Hours:
Monday to Saturday – 6:30am to 10:00pm (gym and pool until 9:00pm)
Sunday and holidays – 6:30am to 8:00pm (gym and pool until 7:00pm)
* Last Check-in: one hour before closing time

Treatment Hours:
Monday to Saturday – 11:00am to 10:00pm (last appointment at 9:00pm)
Sunday and holidays – 11:00am to 8:00pm (last appointment at 7:00pm)

Please note that during consecutive holidays, Club Olympus is open from 6:30am to 10:00pm, except for the final day when it is open from 6:30am to 8:00pm.

All the registered hotel guests may use the gym free of charge.  There is, however, a daily admission fee for the use of the pool and spa facilities, as noted below.

Check-in
Please arrive 20 – 30 minutes prior to appointment to take full advantage of our facilities. Appointments begin promptly at the time scheduled. If you arrive late, the appointment is shortened to allow the technician to be on time for the next session.

Policies
In consideration of other guests, we ask that all cell phones and pagers are turned off.  Food, alcohol and smoking are not permitted.  We encourage the use of your in-room safety deposit box for your personal belongings; we assume no responsibility for loss or damage of your valuables of any kind brought onto Club Olympus premises.

Therapists
You may request a male or female therapist, however, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular therapist. All of our licensed therapists are properly trained to ensure your comfort at all times.

Special Needs
Please advise upon booking of any allergies, ailments or disabilities, especially if you have high blood pressure or you are pregnant.

Clothing
We provide you with a robe and slippers and you are draped during your massage. Undergarments may be worn if preferred. For Shiatsu or Thai massage, shorts and t-shirt are required.

Communication
Please communicate with your technician to ensure satisfaction and to customize your services to fit your needs.

Reservations
Advance reservations are strongly recommended – please contact the hotel concierge to request a treatment. Prices are subject to change without prior notification.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and changes for treatments are accepted up to 12 hours prior to appointment without incurring a charge. Without this notification, you are charged in full.
